1. KuniaLabs Card Games are sold online on our website based on a No Refund / No Cancellation Policy once order has been confirmed and payment made by customer. Our exclusive card games are sold at a discounted / On Sale price offering the best value and delivery to our customers

2. Customers can contact at info@kunialabs.com in case of lost /order not received/ damaged in transit items with order details . KuniaLabs retains all rights to verify all such claims including but not limited to seeking photos of damaged items from customers for verification purposes. Post verification KuniaLabs retains the right to suitable remedies including exchange of damaged items on receipt of the same from customer (Customer to ensure delivery to KuniaLabs of damaged items at own cost). KuniaLabs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential or third party liability claim on account of damaged items received by customer

3. KuniaLabs does not send spam mail. Please report any violations if noticed to info-(at)-kunialabs-(dot)-com . The same shall be investigated and corrective action taken immediately

4. The KuniaLabs web site may collect personally identifiable information about user , user interactions with KuniaLabs for technical support, feedback etc. The information may include name, email address, phone number and mailing address.

13. While KuniaLabs cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to user data will not occur; we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent such occurrences. KuniaLabs do not warrant or represent that user data or any user information will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties. We will retain User information and Data for no longer than is necessary and for the duration of the agreement with User and for up to 24 months following expiry or termination of this agreement.

14. User may request KuniaLabs to be provided with the details of personal identifiable information that is stored with KuniaLabs or may request changes, modification or deletion to personal identifiable information that is stored by contacting KuniaLabs at info(at)kunialabs(dot)com 

15. Kunialabs does not collect or store personal information related to child or parent as part of usage of our published mobile game. 

16. Kunialabs strictly adheres to General Data Protection Regulation (EU), Children's online protection privacy act - COPPA (USA) and applicable laws of India .

17. KuniaLabs reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time and such changes will be communicated by means of a notice that will be put up at the bottom of this page. Responsibility rests with the user to monitor this page on a regular basis for any changes to this privacy policy.
